Job Duties
- Act as the final quality control check for accuracy, presentation, and temperature of each dish
- Organize and prioritize dishes coming off the line to ensure complete orders go out together
- Efficiently deliver hot and cold food items to the correct tables
- Communicate clearly between kitchen staff and front-of-house team regarding special requests and dietary restrictions
- Assist with plating, garnishes, and ensuring all necessary condiments and utensils accompany dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized expo line and pass-through area
- Collaborate seamlessly with restaurant leadership, cooks, servers, and bussers for smooth service flow
