Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8+ hours per shift
  • Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 40-50 lbs such as trays dish racks furniture
  • Frequent bending stooping kneeling reaching and twisting
  • Manual dexterity to handle dishes glassware and cleaning tools safely
  • Ability to work in a hot wet and noisy environment including kitchen and dining areas
  • Ability to navigate crowded spaces while carrying items safely
  • Visual and auditory ability to identify spills hazards and guest needs

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work
  • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules inclusive of weekends and all holidays
  • Ability to learn menu items and service procedures
  • Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Exude energy and enthusiasm as you deliver food orders to guests ensuring prompt and accurate service
  • Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth flow of food delivery and exceptional guest experience
  • Provide attentive and friendly service going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area
  • Be knowledgeable about menu offerings and ingredients and able to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations
  • Act as a brand ambassador creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Check food quality presentation and portion sizes
  • Coordinate between kitchen staff and servers
  • Organize and prioritize tickets during busy hours
  • Communicate special requests and modifications to the kitchen
  • Ensure complete and accurate food orders before they leave the kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass area
  • Resolve order issues quickly to maintain guest satisfaction
