Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Food Handler Certified
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift products and supplies
- Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and repetitive hand and wrist motion
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to memorize menus and respond to guest inquiries
Job Duties
- Greet or assist guests with a genuine friendly disposition
- Expedite menu items to guests within established time standards
- Adhere to The Amalfi Llama policies including dress code
- Memorize food, drink and rotating menus
- Observe state and federal laws regarding the service of alcohol
- Collect dirty dishes and bring them to the kitchen
- Polish, replenish, and roll silverware
