Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
  • Valid food handler certification preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or a related role

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality control
  • Collaborate with management on new restaurant launches and ongoing concept development
  • Train and mentor staff to foster professional growth and adherence to company standards
  • Manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Implement health and safety regulations and ensure compliance
  • Address customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
