Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
- Valid food handler certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality control
- Collaborate with management on new restaurant launches and ongoing concept development
- Train and mentor staff to foster professional growth and adherence to company standards
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control
- Implement health and safety regulations and ensure compliance
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
