Charlie's Sports Bar, named after the renowned Las Vegas "super host" Charlie Meyerson, is a vibrant and popular dining destination known for its all-American crowd-pleasers and dynamic sports viewing experience. Situated in an exciting locale, this sports bar offers guests a chance to indulge in elevated tailgate favorites such as sky-high burgers, massive all-beef Chicago dogs, and shareable appetizers like giant pretzels and loaded nachos. The menu is further complemented by a diverse selection of beverages including shakes, floats, and a rotating assortment of craft microbrews alongside 16 beers on tap. Whether guests are gathered in the bar, lounge, or dining area, they can enjoy a lively atmosphere accentuated by multiple screens displaying the latest sports action.
As a Food Runner at Charlie's Bar & Grill, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that meet the high standards set by Wynn Resorts and Forbes. This position involves efficiently running food from the kitchen to the tables, bar, and lounge areas using the bridge method, ensuring that all orders are delivered promptly and correctly according to Wynn timing and presentation standards. Food Runners must possess detailed knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, enabling them to accurately and professionally communicate with guests when serving their dishes. In addition to food delivery, the role requires maintaining table settings and cleanliness to provide a refined dining environment. You will also support the chef and kitchen staff with expediting duties when necessary and assist fellow food servers, bartenders, and cocktail servers with the overall guest service experience, including marking tables and memorizing marking standards.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year food runner experience preferred
- fluency in English
- ability to communicate professionally
- knowledge of food preparation and service
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- availability to work flexible hours
- legal eligibility to work
- minimum age 21
Job Qualifications

- minimum of 1 year work experience as a food runner in casual or fine dining full service restaurant preferred
- exhibit food and service knowledge including steps of service
- ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or active work cards
- 21 years of age or above
Job Duties
- running food using bridge method to tables, bar, and lounge areas within timing standards
- using table and seat numbering system to deliver food according to Wynn standards
- possessing detailed food ingredient and preparation knowledge and describing dishes to guests upon delivery
- serving plates and performing table maintenance according to Wynn standards
- assisting chef with expediting duties on food line
- assisting food servers, bartenders, and cocktail servers with guest service including memorization of marking standards and marking tables
- completing side work as assigned by management
- maintaining health code standards
