This position is pivotal in bridging the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and with care. Food Runners at Chili's are enthusiastic individuals who believe that great food is enhanced by great hospitality and enjoy showing their fun personalities to connect with guests, making them feel special during their dining experience.

This role offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule with a competitive starting wage of $9 per hour plus tips. Our Food Runners have ample opportunities for career progression, primarily aiming to grow quickly into server roles. The position requires a team player with a positive attitude, the ability to think and act swiftly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming dining atmosphere.

As a Food Runner at Chili's, your responsibilities include providing hospitable and customized service to each guest, enhancing their dining experience through interaction and connection, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. You will help keep tables clean and clear by pre-bussing empty glassware, plates, silverware, and debris. Collaboration with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction is essential, and you must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
