Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8-10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in varying conditions including heat, cold, and noise
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual
- Good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience with a restaurant group is a plus
- No prior restaurant experience is necessary
- Preferred 1+ years prior restaurant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about Korean BBQ and Asian Hot Pot cuisines
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality customer service throughout the dining experience
- Maintain extensive menu knowledge to accurately describe food, drinks, and special menu items
- Manage multiple tables and be aware of various stages in the dining process
- Collaborate with team members to assist whenever needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Take orders, answer questions about menu items, seat customers, and communicate orders with kitchen staff
- Handle payment transactions and assist with cleaning duties
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere and resolve guest concerns efficiently
