The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center in College Station, Texas, is proudly managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality and offers a vibrant working environment. This property embodies the unique spirit of Aggieland combined with exceptional Howdy Hospitality. Featuring 250 guest rooms, 23 versatile meeting rooms, and 35,000 square feet of event space, this hotel caters to a wide range of guests and occasions, from academic conferences to celebrations and sports events. Working at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center means being part of a team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest and colleague alike.

The Food Runner role at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is an integral part of the service team, designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings and are passionate about hospitality and excellent guest service. Food Runners support servers and bartenders by delivering food orders promptly and efficiently while maintaining seamless communication between the kitchen and front-of-house areas. This position requires upbeat, professional team members who contribute to a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.

This full-time role offers competitive compensation starting at $9 per hour plus tips paid biweekly. The position includes comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with a company match and immediate vesting after 90 days, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, access to wellness platforms, and discounts at numerous hotels and resorts across the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio. Employees also benefit from extensive training programs to expand both hospitality-specific skills and broader professional development, ensuring ongoing career growth and satisfaction.

The hospitality environment operates around the clock, seven days a week, with required availability on Texas A&M football game days, graduations, Ring Days, and other high-occupancy events. The schedule for Food Runners is flexible, with part-time hours ranging from 8 to 29 hours per week based on business needs, and shift options vary accordingly. Overtime may be necessary during peak times. Pyramid embraces diversity and inclusion and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals. Joining Pyramid means becoming part of a community that values character, positivity, respect, integrity, dedication, and excellence — the foundation of the Aggie Path of P.R.I.D.E., which guides the company culture and customer service philosophy.
