Pyramid Global Hospitality is a renowned hospitality management company dedicated to putting people first. They foster an inclusive and supportive work environment that values diversity, growth, development, and overall well-being. With over 230 properties worldwide, Pyramid Global Hospitality is committed to building meaningful relationships with its employees and providing them with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and unique perks such as on-site wellness programs, local discounts, and special employee rates on hotel stays. The company emphasizes ongoing training and development opportunities to help employees advance their careers, whether they are new to the industry or seasoned professionals.

One of the outstanding properties managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality is the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center located in College Station, Texas. This impressive venue features 250 guest rooms, 23 flexible meeting rooms, and 35,000 square feet of meeting space, making it an ideal location for hosting various events. The hotel culture is deeply rooted in the Aggie Path of P.R.I.D.E., which stands for Positivity, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Excellence. This culture encourages all team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences by embodying these core values every day. The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is more than just a workplace; it is a community that celebrates the Aggie spirit and Howdy Hospitality.

The Food Runner role at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is vital to ensuring a smooth and efficient dining service. Food Runners assist servers and bartenders by delivering meals promptly and professionally while creating a memorable guest experience. This position requires individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment and possess a passion for excellent food and guest service. Food Runners serve as the liaison between the kitchen and dining areas, coordinating orders and ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment food leaves the kitchen to the final stages of the meal.

This role is part-time, typically ranging from 8 to 29 hours per week, with shift options starting as early as 6:30 AM and scheduled around key events such as Texas A&M football games, Ring Days, graduations, and other high-occupancy periods. The compensation for the Food Runner position starts at $9 per hour plus tips, with pay distributed biweekly. The company values its employees by offering extensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans with company matching, tuition reimbursement after 12 months of service, and discounts on pets insurance and stays at Pyramid Global properties nationwide.

Food Runners are expected to uphold the company's culture of positivity, respect, integrity, dedication, and excellence. Their daily duties include assisting servers and bartenders with guest needs, managing table settings and clearing, supporting meal service by providing water and bread, maintaining cleanliness of all areas, and being knowledgeable about the menu and hotel amenities. They also assist in re-stocking supplies for the next day's service, ensuring the venue remains orderly and efficient throughout shifts.

Working at Pyramid Global Hospitality means being part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a supportive workplace that nurtures personal and professional growth. Joining the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center team offers the chance to develop hospitality skills, benefit from comprehensive employee programs, and contribute to a prestigious property dedicated to excellence and the Aggie spirit.
