The role of the Food Expeditor Runner at Five Steakhouse, a well-regarded restaurant within the SHG portfolio, is vital to maintaining the seamless flow of food service and enhancing guest satisfaction. Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs
  • ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest and ensure guests have all they need
  • assist with bussing tables
  • ensure you are acquainted with the art and decor in the hotel and be able to speak on them
  • be a spokesperson for the community and be able to know local spots to recommend
  • complete side work duties
  • assist wait staff as needed
  • perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
