Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- possess a high school or equivalent diploma
- have the ability to obtain appropriate licenses pursuant to California regulations
- sanitation certified
- must acquire ServSafe or state-recognized food safety program certification
- licensed to serve alcohol
- able to read, speak and write English
- gaming license required

Job Duties
- Delivering food and beverages according to company standards
- maintaining all food and beverage products and supplies
- clearing and setting tables in designated station
- familiarizing with service standards for table setups, beverage service and pre-busing
- cleaning restaurant floors, carpets and service stations
- monitoring cleanliness of place settings, tabletops, seats and floors
- leaving money or guest checks on tables
- performing customer service duties such as beverage and plate service
- communicating with host/hostess for seating needs and guest service issues
- cleaning and resetting tables according to sanitation guidelines
- performing stock supply duties to maintain par levels
- restocking and maintaining all food and beverage items
- providing outstanding customer and employee service
- complying with department and company rules, policies and regulations
- performing duties safely
- assisting food servers as necessary
- attending meetings and training sessions
- maintaining neat and clean appearance
- performing other assigned duties
