The Food Runner position is a crucial part of the food and beverage team, responsible for ensuring that food orders move efficiently from the kitchen to the guest tables with accuracy, professionalism, and a focus on creating an exceptional dining experience. This role collaborates closely with both kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service flow and elevate guest satisfaction.

The Food Runner's duties include timely delivery of food, verifying order completeness and presentation standards before leaving the kitchen, and maintaining communication with servers and kitchen staff regarding timing and special requests. In addition to supporting table maintenance by refilling water and clearing plates, the Food Runner also helps maintain a clean and organized dining environment by stocking service stations and following all established food safety and sanitation protocols. The role demands flexibility as it involves assisting in bar support as needed and performing opening, closing, and side work duties.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on attention to detail and dedication to guest service.
