The Food Runner plays an essential role in maintaining efficient coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, directly influencing guest satisfaction and operational flow. Job Duties
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests
- Verify each order is complete and presented according to quality standards before leaving the kitchen
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff regarding order timing and special requests
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Refill water, clear plates, and assist with table maintenance as needed
- Stock service stations with necessary supplies throughout the shift
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure exceptional guest service
- Perform opening, closing, and side work as assigned
- May assist with light bar support duties, such as stocking glassware, ice, garnishes, and non-alcoholic supplies, as directed
