Job Qualifications

- Familiarity with menus and POS systems preferred
- Ability to learn menu items quickly preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) or additional language skills preferred
- Certifications such as ServSafe or TIPS are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Transport hot, plated food from the kitchen to guests quickly and safely, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met
- Coordinate closely with servers and cooks to prioritize runs and reduce ticket times during peak periods
- Perform immediate quality checks on dishes before delivery and communicate any issues to the kitchen
- Bus and reset tables, clear plates and glassware, and maintain a tidy service area to support turnover
- Restock server stations, condiments, napkins, and other floor supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Assist with side work and prep tasks during downtime such as polishing glassware, sweeping, and taking out trash to keep service flowing
- Provide friendly, professional guest interactions when delivering food and respond to server or manager direction to solve problems quickly
