We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Busser to join our dynamic team. This full-time position involves working in a fast-paced environment where excellent customer service and teamwork are essential. The Busser role is integral in delivering a seamless dining experience by promptly clearing and resetting tables, ensuring the service stations are well-stocked and clean, and assisting servers as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in fast-casual dining or customer service and demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude with the ability to adapt to flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

As a Busser at Concord, you will be the backbone of smooth dining operations. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests with courtesy, serving beverages, breads, and butter, and transporting dirty tableware efficiently to the dishwashing area. Maintaining meticulous cleanliness of serviceware and service stations is critical to uphold our high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction. This role demands physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure fast and attentive service.
