This non-management, full-time Food and Beverage Team Member position at The Ritz-Carlton Dana Point offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.90. The primary duties include completing closing tasks such as storing reusable goods, dismantling merchandise, cleaning all equipment and areas, securing refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, and locking doors. Additionally, the team member will ensure the presentation and cleanliness of porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use and maintain a hygienic work environment throughout the shift by adhering to consistent cleaning protocols.

The role requires vigilance in adhering to company safety policies, reporting maintenance issues or hazards, and complying with safety training and certifications.
