Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in full-service restaurant industry
- TABC certified
- Texas food handlers certification
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Eligible to work in the United States

- Knowledge of food sanitation and safety principles and practices
Job Duties
- Demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answer guest questions and make suggestions
- Responsible for continuously running out food, drinks to guests and providing exceptional customer service throughout the scheduled shift
- Communicate with staff and management regarding guests and restaurant needs
- Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service
- Support fellow FOH and BOH staff in duties as needed
- Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service
