Job Requirements
- Experience in a food service environment is strongly preferred

- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods

- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Serve and replenish food items offered at the restaurant
- Maintain food service and cleanliness
- Handle guest transactions and ensure smooth and efficient register operations
- Greet and acknowledge guests warmly as they enter
- Assist in storing all deliveries
- Stock condiments and utensils in the beverage area
- Fill coffee and teapots
- Maintain front and back of house knowledge including storage area and ice room
- Maintain patio furniture appearance and manage opening and closing of umbrellas
- Pull in signs and shut down the food pavilion
- Know menu pricing, location of items, specials, and preparation methods
- Operate all line equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness at all times
- Exhibit a positive 'can do' attitude and total cooperation
- Report safety and quality/spoilage issues promptly
