This full-time, non-management position based in Orlando offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 with the potential to earn tips. The role is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the food and beverage areas of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for guests. This position is not remote and requires physical activity including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling various equipment and materials.
The primary responsibilities include completing closing tasks such as securely storing reusable goods, dismantling merchandise, cleaning all equipment and areas, restoring supplies, locking refrigerators and doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists. The role involves organizing and maintaining work areas, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use, and performing continuous cleaning throughout the day. Adherence to company safety policies, reporting of maintenance issues or hazards, and completion of safety training and certifications are essential components of this position.
To succeed in this role, candidates must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, respect company privacy and property, support teamwork, and help achieve shared goals.
