Job Duties

  • Deliver completed food orders to guest tables and bars
  • Verify guest satisfaction and inquire about additional needs
  • Collect unneeded service ware from guest tables
  • Address guest needs and replenish utensils, napkins, condiments, and other dining room supplies
  • Assist in maintaining dining room cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager and complete safety training
  • Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipating and addressing service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • Support team goals and respond appropriately to concerns
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds
  • Maintain attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality
