The role being offered is a full-time seasonal Food and Beverage team member position located at 1717 Denver West Blvd, Golden, Colorado. This non-management role offers an hourly wage of $20.52 and is tip-eligible, providing an opportunity to earn additional income based on guest interactions. The position involves detailed closing tasks such as properly storing reusable goods, breaking down merchandise, cleaning equipment and areas, securing refrigeration units, restocking items, and completing daily cleaning checklists. Additionally, candidates will maintain cleanliness throughout the workday using ongoing cleaning procedures, inspect the quality and presentation of chinaware, glassware, and silverware before use, and organize their workspaces. Safety is a top priority, so employees must comply with all company safety policies, report maintenance issues or hazards, complete safety training and certifications, and maintain a professional appearance that adheres to uniform standards. The role also involves supporting coworkers by fostering respect and teamwork and assisting the team in meeting shared goals. Physical demands include moving, lifting, and handling objects under 50 pounds, standing or walking for long periods, reaching, bending, and navigating uneven surfaces or stairways. Communication with guests and coworkers is expected to be clear and professional. Other reasonable tasks may be assigned by supervisors as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, though prior hospitality or culinary experience is valued but not required. There is no supervisory experience or certification required for this role. Job Duties

  • Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise, dismantling merchandise, cleaning equipment and areas, securing refrigerators with locks, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
  • Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of chinaware, glassware, and silverware before use
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the day using ongoing cleaning procedures
  • Comply with all company safety policies, report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries, and complete safety training and certifications
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
  • Support coworkers with dignity and respect and assist the team to achieve common goals
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers, answer phone calls appropriately
