The Server Assistant is responsible for setting up, servicing, and cleaning tables in accordance with company standards and health regulations. Maintaining constant communication with the server, providing a welcoming and graceful presence at the table, and paying keen attention to details are critical aspects of the position. The Server Assistant aids in food and beverage delivery, monitors water service, clears and resets tables, and ensures the dining area remains clean and orderly. Other duties include maintaining station supplies such as silverware, linens, and condiments, as well as performing additional cleaning duties as assigned.

This role demands excellent multitasking capabilities, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations such as peak dining hours. The Server Assistant must possess a growing knowledge of the menu, ingredients, dining room layouts, and operational systems that enhance the guest experience. Experience in restaurant service or customer service is preferred. Physically, the position requires standing and walking during long shifts and the ability to lift and carry heavy trays and items up to 40 pounds safely. Proper personal protective equipment, including closed-toe shoes with non-skid soles, is required to maintain safety standards.
