The Guest Service Support Expert role is an integral part of The Ritz-Carlton's food and beverage operations, located at the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. As a full-time, non-management position, the role is designed to support various aspects of the food and beverage service ensuring smooth and memorable guest experiences. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- no previous related work experience required
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
- ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds unaided and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- ability to maintain professional personal appearance and communication

- previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
- no supervisory experience required
