In your role, you will be engaged in a variety of tasks tailored to your assigned station. For team members working in the Front of House, duties include welcoming guests with genuine hospitality, taking food orders, processing payments accurately, delivering food, monitoring tables for guest needs, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area. This also involves cleaning restrooms, game rooms, and parking lots, as well as organizing game room prize displays and supporting opening and closing duties. Those assigned to the Back of House will focus on food preparation and cooking in accordance with Shakey's recipes and food safety standards. Responsibilities include making fresh dough, preparing signature menu items like pizza, chicken, and Mojo, restocking ingredients and supplies, washing dishes and kitchenware, and ensuring all kitchen and prep areas are clean and sanitary. Additionally, all team members are expected to assist their teammates as needed and adhere strictly to safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
