This role is for a Seasonal Food and Beverage Runner at Hyatt Vacation Club. The position is part-time and seasonal, designed primarily for weekends and holidays when guest activity surges. As a Food and Beverage Runner, your primary responsibility will be to assist in delivering top-tier dining experiences to guests by ensuring that food orders are efficiently delivered to tables and bars. Beyond delivery, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the dining environment, replenishing necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments, and responding promptly to guest needs. This position is crucial to the Food and Beverage team, acting as the link between the kitchen and the guests. Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver completed food orders to guest tables and/or bar
  • Verify guest satisfaction and inquire if there are additional needs
  • Collect unneeded service ware from guest tables
  • Address guest needs promptly
  • Replenish utensils, napkins, condiments, and other dining room supplies
  • Assist in maintaining dining room cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate their needs
