The role of Food Runner at Heritage Hotels & Resorts is a crucial position within the dining operations, designed to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Ability to multitask in fast paced environments
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
Ability to work on feet for extended periods in a humid kitchen and dining environment and frequently lift push pull and carry up to 30 plus pounds

Job Duties

Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
Deliver food orders from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately
Comply with nutrition sanitation and safety standards at all times
Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the dining area
Maintain table settings by delivering courses replenishing utensils and being alert to beverage needs
Assist servers and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff regarding order status and guest needs
