We are currently seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the restaurant's seamless operation, acting as a vital liaison between the front of house and back of house staff. The Food Runner's main responsibility is to deliver food orders accurately and efficiently, while also possessing the knowledge to clearly describe menu items to guests and accommodate any special requests or allergies. The position requires a keen eye for detail to ensure that each guest receives exactly what they ordered, alongside maintaining an organized and clean expeditor station. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in fine dining environments, a strong understanding of ingredients and food allergens, and excellent communication skills. This role involves active engagement with guests to provide outstanding service and enhance their dining experience. Employment is typically full-time with a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, in line with our operational hours.
