Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Experience in food and beverage service in a luxury environment preferred
  • Flexible availability for full-time work
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a service-first attitude
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Physical ability to lift weights up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service-ware
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
  • Require good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must possess basic computational ability
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs plus on a regular and continuous basis
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
  • A second language is desirable

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
  • Ensure that food presentation meets restaurant standards and confirm order accuracy before delivery
  • Assist servers and kitchen staff with coordination and communication to ensure high-quality service
  • Support table setup and clearing between courses or after meals as needed
  • Refill water, bread, and condiments throughout the guest's dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and the expo line
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
