Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Experience in food and beverage service in a luxury environment preferred
- Flexible availability for full-time work
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a service-first attitude
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Physical ability to lift weights up to 30 pounds regularly
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service-ware
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- Require good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess basic computational ability
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs plus on a regular and continuous basis
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- A second language is desirable
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
- Ensure that food presentation meets restaurant standards and confirm order accuracy before delivery
- Assist servers and kitchen staff with coordination and communication to ensure high-quality service
- Support table setup and clearing between courses or after meals as needed
- Refill water, bread, and condiments throughout the guest's dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and the expo line
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
