Job Requirements
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- willingness and ability to obtain TABC certification within 30 days
- experience in the food and beverage industry
- ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- ability to communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff
- adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- willingness to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Experience in the food and beverage industry
- positive disposition and willingness to provide excellent guest service
- valid Food Handlers Certification or ability to obtain
- TABC certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Deliver food trays to dining room ensuring all orders meet presentation standards and guest requests
- clear tables bus dirty dishes to dishwashing areas and set tables as directed
- continuously maintain a neat clean organized safe and comfortable environment for guests
- inform wait staff of kitchen wait times and any product shortages
- follow all standard food handling sanitation and health department guidelines
