Job Requirements
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages according to state law
- weekend and holiday availability
- ability to stand and walk on hard surfaces for 10-12 hours per day
- ability to lift and maneuver boxes up to 35 pounds
- tolerate exposure to heat and cleaning products
- previous experience in restaurant industry preferred

- preferred 1-2 years experience as a server in a casual restaurant
Job Duties
- Support a server as assigned by manager
- ensure every order is delivered 100 percent correct
- run food to guests including salads, appetizers, entrees, desserts, beverages, re-cooks and on the fly orders
- serve and announce dishes with appropriate condiments
- always ask guests if they need anything else
- pre-bus dirty plates and deliver to dish room
- take dirty plates from server and deliver to dish room
- complete bussing and resetting tables
- maintain knowledge of all food and beverage specifications
- keep station clean and stocked to Silver standards
- complete all assigned side work
- communicate clearly and work as part of a team
- be punctual and maintain a positive, fun attitude
- adhere to uniform standards
- know and ensure delivery of the Silver Diner brand
- properly portion all self-service items
- perform additional duties as assigned by managers
