Job Requirements

  • Valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Valid TABC certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff
  • Ability to follow food safety and handling guidelines
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Valid TABC certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Delivers food trays to dining room
  • Ensures all orders leaving the kitchen meet presentation standards and meet guest requests
  • Clears tables and buses dirty dishes to dishwashing areas
  • Sets tables as directed
  • Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for guests
  • Informs wait staff of kitchen wait times and product shortages
  • Follows all standard food handling, sanitation, and health department guidelines
