Job Requirements

  • Ability to pick up and deliver food quickly and safely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a food service environment is advantageous
  • Ability to read and follow order tickets accurately
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Capability to handle physical demands of the job

Job Duties

  • Picks up food product for orders placed by the service staff and delivers the meal to guests
  • Assists the kitchen and service staff to maintain food quality, presentation, and timing
  • Sets up the front line with necessary equipment, plateware, and smallwares
  • Keeps station restocked throughout the shift
  • Cleans large and small trays and tray stands
  • Reads order tickets and places them onto ticket minder
  • Tracks cooking times and checks finished products for doneness and presentation
  • Garnishes entrees according to house specifications
  • Assists servers to optimize guest dining experience
  • Adheres to safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions
  • Completes closing duties and assists with kitchen cleanliness
  • Performs assigned side work in the front and back of the house
