Hungry Pot is a vibrant and innovative restaurant located at 1400 Worcester St, Natick, MA. This dining establishment uniquely combines the rich culinary traditions of Korean BBQ and Asian Hot Pot, offering patrons a diverse and interactive dining experience. Hot pot involves a simmering pot of flavorful broth at the table, in which diners cook a variety of fresh East Asian ingredients such as meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Ability to communicate in English
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute to Natick, MA 01760
- Must relocate to Natick, MA 01760 before starting work
Job Qualifications
- No prior restaurant experience necessary
- Preferred one or more years of restaurant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Load food onto runner's cart and verify order accuracy
- Run food from kitchen to customer's table ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain extensive menu knowledge and assist guests with food and drink descriptions when requested
- Organize and match correct food orders to the appropriate guests through attention to detail
- Clean and refill food plates, bowls, and utensils as needed during service
- Assist with breaking down and resetting the dining room including cleaning busser carts, soup trays, kitchen tools, and garbage pails
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
