Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required
  • excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • ability to multitask in fast paced environments
  • ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
  • ability to work on feet for extended periods in a humid kitchen and dining environment and frequently lift push pull and carry up to 30 plus pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
  • deliver food orders from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately
  • comply with nutrition sanitation and safety standards at all times
  • maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the dining area
  • maintain table settings by delivering courses replenishing utensils and being alert to beverage needs
  • assist servers and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
  • communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff regarding order status and guest needs
  • support service operations during peak business periods
  • respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
  • follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • maintain a clean organized work area and professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards
  • protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary client and guest information
  • perform other duties consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property
