This luxury hotel brand is distinguished by its commitment to delivering exquisite experiences at over 50 locations worldwide, blending classic sophistication with modern sensibility, as well as its signature Butler Service. The St. Regis New York exemplifies the brand’s dedication to exceeding guest expectations through gracious hospitality and anticipation of needs, supported by a team of highly professional and committed individuals. Marriott International, the parent company, is devoted to fostering diversity and inclusion, providing equal opportunities to all employees, and cultivating a rich blend of culture, talent, and experience among its associates. The company’s emphasis on non-discrimination and access to opportunity creates an environment where every team member can thrive and grow.
The position offered is a full-time, non-management Food and Beverage role, based at The St. Regis New York with a competitive hourly pay range of $29.73 to $39.65. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service excellence that the hotel is known for. Key responsibilities include completing closing duties such as storing and breaking down reusable goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, restocking items, securing refrigerators and doors, and ensuring that all daily cleaning checklists are thoroughly completed. The role entails setting up and stocking work areas and inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware before use. Clean-as-you-go procedures must be followed to maintain impeccable work area standards throughout the shift.

Employees are expected to present themselves professionally, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. In addition, the role involves delivering an exceptional guest experience by welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, communicating clearly and professionally with coworkers and guests, and handling telephone etiquette appropriately. Developing positive working relationships within the team and supporting collective goals is an integral part of the job. Employees must remain vigilant to quality expectations and standards and effectively manage physical tasks that include standing or walking for extended periods and handling objects up to 50 pounds.
