This position is a part-time, non-management role within the Food and Beverage department at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa. The role of Guest Service Support Expert is pivotal in ensuring seamless food and beverage operations by providing essential support that enhances the overall guest experience. Unlike typical food service jobs that focus solely on delivering food and drinks, this role aims to create a distinctive experience where every interaction contributes to the guest’s enjoyment and satisfaction. The Guest Service Support Expert is tasked with various responsibilities such as setting tables, assisting kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and replenishing supplies. This role demands high levels of initiative, flexibility, and physical stamina, as associates are expected to be on their feet for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
- capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- willingness to work a flexible schedule including open availability
