The Inn at Opryland, a Gaylord Hotel, located in Nashville, Tennessee, is a premier hospitality establishment known for its exceptional food and beverage services and unique guest experiences. As part of the renowned Marriott International portfolio, this hotel epitomizes luxury and outstanding service standards. The Inn at Opryland is situated at 2401 Music Valley Drive, offering guests a vibrant and luxurious environment as well as easy access to the cultural landmarks of Music City. This property not only focuses on providing premium accommodations but also aims to create unforgettable dining and event experiences with a wide range of amenities, including multiple restaurants, bars, and event venues.

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Bussers in the Food and Beverage department. This part-time, non-management position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 and includes tip eligibility, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry while contributing to a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

The role of a Busser, or Guest Service Support Expert, goes beyond the basic tasks of assisting with food service. At The Inn at Opryland, a Gaylord Hotel, we strive to create a memorable and unique experience for every guest, where food and drinks complement the overall ambiance and interaction. The Busser plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of food and beverage services by setting tables, supporting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and ensuring supplies are replenished efficiently. This position requires individuals who are proactive and willing to take initiative in fulfilling various duties that contribute directly to guest satisfaction.

Busser team members will be on their feet for extended periods, moving around the property on various surfaces, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching. Attention to detail, adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining professional standards in uniform and communication are essential elements of success in this role. Our Bussers are crucial to delivering the high-quality services our guests expect, ensuring their dining experience is flawless from start to finish.

The Inn at Opryland underscores the importance of diversity and inclusion in its workforce. We pride ourselves on fostering an environment that values the unique experiences and backgrounds of every associate while providing equal employment opportunities regardless of disability, veteran status, or other legally protected categories. Our team members, known as STARs, are recognized for their creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to hospitality excellence. By joining Gaylord Hotels, you engage in a work culture that offers more than just a job—it offers a platform for personal growth, meaningful career opportunities, and enriching experiences.

Position holders will benefit from training, supportive management, and a work atmosphere designed to encourage development and teamwork. Whether you are a newcomer to the hospitality field or seeking to expand your skill set, joining The Inn at Opryland as a Busser provides a dynamic and rewarding employment experience. This role also serves as a stepping stone for those interested in advancing within the food and beverage or broader hospitality sectors, supported by the global presence and reputation of Marriott International.

In summary, the Busser position at The Inn at Opryland is a vital part of a dedicated team focused on excellent guest service. It offers a stable part-time schedule with competitive pay and tips, an opportunity to work in a respected hospitality environment, and the chance to be part of a global brand that values its employees and their potential to grow.
