Job Duties
- Run food to the correct tables with the correct announcement
- provide speedy, efficient and professional service
- respond to guest requests promptly

- maximize sales opportunities through good service and table scanning
- run drinks from the service bar when needed
- work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience
- greet customers and answer questions
- alert team members when tables need attention
- maintain knowledge of the menu and make suggestions
- ensure tables are enjoying their meals and resolve problems
- keep pass area clean and organized
- attend meetings and training sessions
- adhere to cleaning checklists
- report complaints or issues to management
- be hands-on and present during service

- carry soiled dishes to dishwasher
