The role available at Falls Pool Restaurant is a full-time, non-management position focused on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This position requires a dedicated individual to complete closing duties, such as storing reusable goods, cleaning equipment, restocking items, and securing the premises. Employees in this role will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining work areas, ensuring that all china, glass, and silverware are clean and well-presented before use, and practicing cleanliness throughout their shift.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and breaking down goods
  • Clean all equipment and areas and return equipment to proper locations
  • Lock refrigerators, turn off lights, lock doors, and complete daily cleaning checklist
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware before use
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
  • Follow company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
