Job Duties
- Assist the food expediter
- maintain and organize condiments and to-go wares
- assist in banquet, dish and pot and pan area as needed
- follow hygiene and food safety rules
- carry heavy trays
- work various shifts including nights and weekends
- communicate effectively with front of house and back of house staff
