In the Front of House, Team Members provide friendly and authentic hospitality by welcoming guests, accurately taking food orders, processing payments, and ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their visit. They maintain a clean and organized dining room by pre-bussing tables, resetting them quickly, and keeping the dining area, restrooms, game room, and parking lot tidy. They also support the setup of prize displays in the game room and contribute to opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly.

In the Back of House, Team Members prepare and cook food according to Shakey’s recipes and food safety standards, handling everything from making fresh dough to assisting with pizza, chicken, and Mojo preparations. They restock ingredients and buffet line items, wash dishes and kitchen utensils, and maintain kitchen cleanliness with tasks such as sweeping and mopping. These actions create a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment vital to food quality and service reliability.

Job Duties
