Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED preferred
- Six months experience as a bus person or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach for 100% of working time
- Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to maintain body equilibrium in various conditions
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to hear normal speaking levels, with or without correction
- Ability to see with close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and adjust focus
- Able to work in a physically demanding, high-energy environment
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness around front façade of the building, guest restrooms, floors, and surrounding work areas by sweeping, mopping, and removing spills and trash
- Maintain positive guest satisfaction by answering questions, handling complaints appropriately, and providing information about the establishment
- Gather, clear, and deliver soiled tableware to the dishwasher
- Scrape, rack, and stack glassware, plateware, and silverware in dishwashing area
- Clear and set tables according to established procedures with speed and efficiency
- Set up and break down equipment and supplies
- Maintain adequate supply of ice to all service stations and ice bins
- Change empty bag in box sodas as needed
- Move tables and chairs to adjust floor plans for special functions and events
- Stock service stations with appropriate supplies including glassware, silverware, and paper products
- Pre-bus tables by clearing used glassware, plateware, and silverware
- Keep trash cans clean and empty
- Know all table numbers and floor plans
- Assist management in training new staff members
- Complete opening, running, and closing duties
- Maintain high knowledge of company products and communicate effectively with guests
- Notify management of inventory needs and concerns
- Follow safety and sanitation practices and report accidents
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
