Job Requirements
- On-site, in-person role
- Ability to walk, stand, and move quickly throughout the restaurant for extended periods
- Ability to carry trays of food and beverages, ensuring safe delivery without spillage
- Ability to read order tickets, identify food items, and deliver them accurately to the correct guests
- Ability to hear customer requests and communicate with kitchen staff and servers in a noisy environment
- Clear verbal communication with guests, servers, and kitchen staff
- Ability to maintain focus and energy during long shifts
- Ability to carry trays or food items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a bustling, crowded environment with fluctuating noise levels and varying temperatures

Job Qualifications
- Active food handler's certification
- Active TABC certification
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area by refilling drinks, bussing tables, and ensuring proper table setup
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude
- Follow all Texas Card House food safety and sanitation procedures
