Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions or escalating issues to management as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to assist in customer inquiries and recommendations
  • Support the wait staff in refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting for new guests
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and hygienic dining environment
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
