Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and deliver orders accurately and promptly
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of food up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail to ensure orders are delivered correctly and meet quality standards
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle unexpected situations with professionalism
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions or escalating issues to management as needed
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to assist in customer inquiries and recommendations
- Support the wait staff in refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting for new guests
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and hygienic dining environment
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
