Job Description
Truce is an exciting new dining establishment set to open its doors in mid-May, with positions available to start as early as May 4th. As a company, Truce is redefining the food industry by combining the concept of "Fine Food Fast" with a genuine passion for hospitality and culinary excellence. Located at the forefront of the fast-casual restaurant scene, Truce prioritizes clean, sustainable ingredients, producing all meals without artificial additives or seed oils. Every dish is designed to provide not only great taste but also a meaningful and health-conscious dining experience. The restaurant operates from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM daily, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, catering to a diverse clientele that appreciates quality and speed.
At Truce, the focus extends beyond food to people—the employees and the guests alike. The team cultivates a culture of hospitality where service is an art form. Front-of-house staff ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and attended to with personalized attention. The kitchen and baking teams create culinary magic through meticulously handcrafted scratch-made dishes, producing over 180 items daily that showcase skill and dedication. Baristas and beverage servers add to the experience by crafting unique drink offerings—from rich coffee blends and refreshing mocktails to energizing protein drinks and house-made sodas—making the beverage program a highlight of the restaurant.
The restaurant also boasts an efficient drive-thru designed for quick service, appealing to high-energy individuals who thrive under fast-paced conditions. Joining Truce means becoming part of the inaugural team at the restaurant’s first location, with exciting expansion plans anticipated. Employees here can look forward to growth opportunities as the business scales. The company’s mission centers on real food made fresh every day and fostering an inclusive environment that puts people first.
The role of Dining Area Coordinator, also known as Busser, is integral to maintaining the impeccable dining experience Truce promises. This role is responsible for preparing the dining area and ensuring it remains clean and organized throughout service. The Dining Area Coordinator works closely with kitchen and service staff to facilitate smooth and efficient order delivery and guest service. This includes promptly clearing tables, restocking supplies, assisting servers by refilling drinks, and supporting order runs to drive-thru and pick-up customers. This position demands a proactive mindset, focusing on anticipating guests’ needs and offering legendary hospitality that reflects the brand’s values.
This extensive involvement means the Dining Area Coordinator must be flexible, energetic, and attentive to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining high cleanliness and sanitation standards. Successful candidates will gain valuable experience working side by side with passionate hospitality professionals committed to excellence. Whether clearing tables, assisting dishwashers, or providing courteous service, the Dining Area Coordinator contributes significantly to the seamless operation of the restaurant. Truce invites individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a vibrant, community-focused workplace to apply and be part of building something truly special from the ground up.
