Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
- Ensure food is properly garnished prior to running out to guests
- Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered timely and correctly
- Deliver food to tables and ensure the guests have everything they need
- Offer assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages
- Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- Be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends
- Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
