Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and communication skills
- Able to lift up to 15lbs independently
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Capable of walking or standing 8-10 hours per day
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push and pull
- Able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
Job Qualifications
- Basic English language skills
- Professional communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Understanding of safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Customer service experience preferred
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities
Job Duties
- Transport food orders from kitchen to guests
- Announce food orders to guests
- Clean, set, and re-set tables continuously
- Maintain responsibility for assigned station and tables
- Work collaboratively with team to exceed guest expectations
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Provide friendly and efficient guest service
