Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must obtain Responsible Beverage Service Certification within 60 days of hire
- Must obtain Food Handler's Certification within 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role in a luxury setting preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs
- Ability to communicate in English
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification can be obtained within 60 days of hire
- Food Handler's Certification can be obtained within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- Ensure that all orders are completed accurately, in time, and with the correct priority
- Perform the finishing touches to completed dishes, such as adding garnishes and removing smudges
- Assist servers, bartenders, and guests in the dining experience by taking orders and delivering requested items in an efficient and timely manner
- Relate with guests about needs and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring consistently caring and high-quality service
- Operate, maintain, and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings
- Ensure that the expediting area and restaurant outlets are tidy, organized, and well stocked at all times
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards and check in with guests upon delivery of dishes to ensure they have everything they need
