Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Must obtain Responsible Beverage Service Certification within 60 days of hire
  • Must obtain Food Handler's Certification within 30 days of hire

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role in a luxury setting preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification can be obtained within 60 days of hire
  • Food Handler's Certification can be obtained within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Ensure that all orders are completed accurately, in time, and with the correct priority
  • Perform the finishing touches to completed dishes, such as adding garnishes and removing smudges
  • Assist servers, bartenders, and guests in the dining experience by taking orders and delivering requested items in an efficient and timely manner
  • Relate with guests about needs and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring consistently caring and high-quality service
  • Operate, maintain, and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings
  • Ensure that the expediting area and restaurant outlets are tidy, organized, and well stocked at all times
  • Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards and check in with guests upon delivery of dishes to ensure they have everything they need
