Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
  • Strong communication skills

  • Restaurant, hotel, or culinary experience that demonstrates a commitment to guest service excellence is a plus

Job Duties

  • Deliver prepared food orders swiftly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
  • Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
  • Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed, adhering strictly to food safety protocols
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team using POS systems to coordinate order flow smoothly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, ensuring all food items are stored properly and work areas meet health standards
  • Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable
  • Support special event setups by delivering food items and assisting with event flow when required
