  • Properly handle and maintain cooking equipment, with care for sharp utensils
  • Ensure timely preparation of food and beverages for service
  • Use garnishes to enhance presentation of dishes
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment
  • Adhere to all food safety protocols and ensure proper hygiene
  • Strictly follow uniform policy and wear required personal protective equipment
  • Coordinate menu preparation accurately with the manager
  • Maintain correct temperature control for stored and served food
  • Keep work and storage areas organized and sanitary
  • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
  • Dispose of garbage properly and sanitize kitchen floors regularly
  • Assist with other kitchen tasks as assigned
