Job Requirements
- Food service certification
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality meals and baked goods according to the menu
- Document and verify daily transactions and meal preparation activities
- Ensure all meal components are properly accounted for and prepared
- Store food hygienically to prevent spoilage and contamination
- Serve food to customers following designated meal times and operational procedures
- Properly handle and maintain cooking equipment, with care for sharp utensils
- Ensure timely preparation of food and beverages for service
- Use garnishes to enhance presentation of dishes
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen equipment
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and ensure proper hygiene
- Strictly follow uniform policy and wear required personal protective equipment
- Coordinate menu preparation accurately with the manager
- Maintain correct temperature control for stored and served food
- Keep work and storage areas organized and sanitary
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- Dispose of garbage properly and sanitize kitchen floors regularly
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as assigned
